RAILWAY POLICY
IMPORTANT CHANGES CONTEMPLATED A BUSINESS ADVISORY BOARD The Prime Minister has male several references lately to impending changes in railway policy. He has indicated that important step's are to be taken with the object of improving the position of the railways and meeting the criticism that has been directed against the railway management. It is reported that one of the measures contemplated is th« association of an advisory board with tho railway management. Tho board would be composed of business men and its special function would be to suggest methods of improving tho railway system on the business side. -
