PREPARATIONS IN JAPAN. Tokio, March. 17. The preparations to entertain the Prince of Wales in Japan are complete. The welcome will be the most elaborate over staged in Japan. Apart from Court and official circles, the common people are keenly in the Royal visitor. A special railway train, with coaches ..designed and decorated by Japan’s foremost artists, will be used for tho tour.
