BY TELEGRAPH—I'HT.SR ASSOCIATION Foxton, March 18. The body of a man, presumably washed down by a recent flood, wys found on the riverbank about two miles from tho sea this monjing. The man was of medium build, clean shaven, and was dressed in a navy blue suit, with tan boots, and a cloth overcoat. There was nothing in tho pockets to assist identification.
