FIRST FAVOURABLE BALANCE SINCE IVAR, Paris, July 27. For the first time since the war a favourable trade balance is revealed. For the first six monuths of 1921 the ipiports totalled Wt milliards francs, 19 million tons; an* tho exports 19* milliards, 7 329.00 tons. The imports declined a niM’ratrd francs and six million tons compared with CTie previous corresponding period.—Reuter.
