[Governor Small, who had been indicted on a charge of conspiring to defraud the State of 2,000,000 dollars and embezzling 700,000 dollars, declared that upon ihe advice of counsel, ho would resist the warrant issued for his arrest, basing his contention upon tho law dictum that "the king can do no wrong.”] .
