TEN-DAY JOURNEY FROM LONDON TO PERTH. London, July 8. Sir Ross Smith, who is advising Mr. Hughes on the air services proposals, is of opinion that tho journey from London to Perth via the Cape can bo made in ten days, including two days to Cairo, throe to the Cape, and throe across the Indian Ocean. —Aus.-N.Z. Tho Australian Press Association learns that an experiment in the direction of aeroplane conveyance of Indian mails will probablv he undertaken in September.
