INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES. In connection with the Rod Cross Nursing Scholarship which has been established. and for which .apnlications are now being received, the following nro some of the conditions nnd qualifications attached to it. The selection of candidates has been postponed by the Red Cross executive hero until July 13. but all applications must reach the Red Cross office in Dixon St root by July 4. "This course has been established in order to seek out in all countries suitable personnel for training, both in sick nursing and in public health work, to advise and assiM them to obtain the necessary training, and return them (<> their own countries as pioneers in public health nursing. Scholarships.—The expenses for the course and for the journey to and from London will bo covered by scholarships to bo offered by I the Red Cross societies of each country. !
