KETCH WRECKED IN SPENCER GULF NO TRACE OF SURVIVORS By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright (Rec. June 9, 1.25 a.m.) Adelaide, June 8. A ketch, supposed to be the Lily May, has been, wrecked at Cape Elizabeth, in the Spencer Gulf, near Port Moonta. The vessel carried Captain Anderson, his wife and child, and two of a crew. There is no trace of survivors. —Press Assn. LOSS OF THE AMELIA J. FAREWELL MESSAGE IN A BOTTLE. (Rec. June 9, 1.25 a.m.) Melbourne, Juno 8. In connection with the disappearance of the schooner Amelia J, off the Tasmanian coast, some months ago, a bottle has been found on the Victorian coast, containing a message, signed by one of tho crew, stating that the Amelia was on fire, and bidding good-bye.—Press Assn.
