APPEAL FROM MAGISTRATE’S DECISION.

An appeal from the judgment of a Magistrate at Masterton was heard in the Supreme Court on Monday by His Honour the Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) The appellant was Charles Bennett (Mr. H. C. Robinson), and the respondent, the Wairarapa Combined Motors (Mr. H. R. Biss)-.
