FUNDS RECEIVED FROM GERMAN BANK QUANTITIES OF EXPLOSIVES DISCOVERED By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. Paris, February 17. The explanation of those arrested in connection with the Communist movement in France established the fact that tho alleged Bolshevist agent, Adraiuovitch, had a deposit of 200,000 francs in an American bank in Faris. The money came from a German bank. A number of further arrests have been made throughout France, and also in Algeria and Tunis.
John Minkin, who was arrested at Brest, was found to possess what was purported to be a passport signed by the representative of the Soviet Government in Sydney, Australia.
The police discovered large quantities of stolen explosives in the houses of four men known to bo Bolsheviks. —Reuter.
