ST. KILDA MURDER
SENTENCES ON THE PIERCES.
Melbourne, February 18.
James Pierce has been sentenced to a year’s imprisonment, and Henry Pierce to six months’ imprisonment in connection with the St. Hilda murder in November last.—Press Assn.
TA sensational daylight tragedy was reported from St. Kikla on November 3. David Williamson and Henry I rampton interrupted two men who were attemptin’ to break into a house. One of the men fired a revolver and killed Williamson. The other fired at Frampton, but missed. The men escaped on bicycles.
