HON. T. W. HISLOP TO STAND. Last evening tho Hon. T. TV. Hislop informed a Dominion reporter that he intended to become .a candidate for the Mayoralty of AVellington in April. • He will commence his catnpgain by addressing tho electors on either Tuesday or Thursday evening of next week. Air. Hislop was Afayor from 1905 till 1908.
