The famous Crystal Palace, at Syden ham near London, has been the scene of many great events, but a distinctly novel one took place a few months ago. when n stock Overland Four was seen hurtling up and down the broad flights of steps ot the big building. Overland lour performed this remarkable font with lio more fuss than if an ordinary simple gradient was being negotiated. Yet (he gradient of the steps of the Crystal Palace is oflieially given as 1 in 2.25. Overland Four was under perfect control each time the descent was made, and though daylight could continually be seen under the wheels, the three passengers were not shaken up. This feat is one more tribute to'tlm perfect spring suspension of Overland Four, and to its wonderful powers of endurance. Overland Four is emphatically the car for long life, economy, and comfort.
