DRIVERS’ DISPUTE

NO DEVELOPMENTS. There are no developments yet in connection with the dispute between the New Zealand Drivers’ Federation and the employers. When the federation recently requested a conference with the employers to discjiss the demands of the men. the employers refused to meet tho drivers, whose claims they regarded as being unreasonable. The secretary of the federation (Mr. A. Parlane) informed a Dominion’ reporter yesterday that so far there had been no developments.
