CO-ORDINATION OF VARIOUS PARTS OF EMPIRE NEEDED BEST GUARANTEE OF PEACE By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright-(Rec. February 16, 9.20 p.m.) London, February 16. The Premier, replying to an amendment urging co-ordination between the Army, the Navy, and the Air Force, admitted tho necessity of co-ordination, bet said there should be co-ordination between the various parts of* the Empire. The defence of the Empire should be an Imperial concern. It was too much to ask these small islands to undertake the defence of a gigantic Empire in every sea The whole problem would be' brought before tho meeting of Premiere. The knowledge that the Empire stood together would be the best guarantee against the shedding of bipod— Aus.-b.Z. Cable Assn.
