HARDING'S VIEWS ON THE LEAGUE' (Bee.-October's, 9.50 p.m.) New York, October 7. Speaking at Des Moines, Senator Harding said: "United States troops have no business in Germany, and if we make a separate peace as I advocato, they will be brought buck."
