DELEGATES PROCEEDING TO BRUSSELS. London, September 21. Sir Jame3 Allen is visiting France for the purposes of selecting a site for a New Zealand memorial near Mors. He will afterwards go to the Brussels Conference of tho League of Nations. Mr. Collins. Secretary of tho Comonwealth Treasury, and Colonel G. F. C. Campbell (New Zealand) are proceeding to Brussels to-morrow. Sir James Allen States that the principal work of tho Conference will be tho stabilising of the international exchange—Aus.-N.Z. Cabla Assn.
