Tho Congress decided to-day to create a permanent bureau of standardised information of all colonial methods of valuing imports and'exports. Mr. Sheldon expressed disapproval of tiie exclusion of the Dominions ( from membership of tho Imperial Shipping Committee. ■ Tho congress passed a resolution asking the British Government to afford tho Dominions an opportunity, to nominate their representatives of shipping and trading interests to serve on tho Imperial Committee.—Au6.-N.Z.
