Prosent indications are for 6trong northerly winds, backing to Eoutherlics and unsettled, cloudy and misty weather, ■with rain in many parts. Barometer fallinu, but rise soon in the south. Atmospheric pressure has decreased «lowly since Sunday, and freshening northerly winds have prevailed. Cloudy and hazy conditions havo ruled, with scattered ■ rain, particularly in districts with a. westerly aspect.
