NOTICE TO CONSUMERS. rpHE, GAS COMPANY regrets to have to announce that owing to large increases in the primary costs of manufacture an advance in the price of Gas has become unavoidable. The price of Gag on and from SEPTEMBER 1 prox. will, therefore, ha increased to One Shilling per 100 c.ft. gross, with a discount of twopence per 100 c.ft. on oil accounts paid by the usual discount dates.
