Tile civil action in which Olmrlcs Theimer, an alien enemy subject, pioceedcd against Allan Hopkins to recover i£3so deposit paid in respect of the purchase of a house and damages for allied misrepresentation, was concluded to-day. The jury found in favour of defendant, and judgmont was entered up accordingly, wiiili costs.
