DEMANDS FOR NEW AGREEMENT DISCUSSED. The sneoial conference to consider tho demands of the Merchant Service' Guild for new conditions covering small lionta trading out of Wllinprton was continued yesterday. It opened 011 Tuesday imder tho chairmanship of Mr. P. ITally, of the Board of Trade, who has boon Riven power of decision. The representatives of the shipping companies are Captain Petersen, Messrs. W. F. W. Grainier, J. M. Deck, W. B. Fulton, and W. Pryor. The Guild is representI ed by Captain M'lndoo, Messrs. G. T. [ Nation, A. G. Bacpat, ,T. J. Smith, and A. Jaclcson. So far little progress lias 1 been made.
