RESIGNATION OF CABINET. Constantinople, July 20. , The Turkish Cabinet has resigned, and it is believed that a new Ministry, willing to sign the Treaty will bo formed. The Sultan has refused the Grand Vizier's resignation, and has' requested him to form a new Cabinet.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. BRITISH FLEET OCCUPIES SEA OF MARMORA. (Rec.
