FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT ( P.M. YESTERDAY. Present conditions are for variable breezes wlih southerlies predominating, and chansine to freshening northcrlica soon. Weather fair, and becoming milder, but haze, and cloudinosß increasine shortly in many parts of the Dominion. Barometor falling tendency.
