DOLLAR EXCHANGE. * Telegraphic a'dvico received by a financial house, dated July 16, givoß the exchange rate, London on (Now York, at 0.981 dols. to the £. On the duy previous a telegram gave the rate of 3,91 dols., so that there has been an improvement of 7J cents in favour of London. The mint par of exchange in 4.86 dols., bo that tho current rate, is 875 cents. less.
