NEGOTIATIONS NOT CONCLUDED.

London, July 2. In the House of Commons, replying to Colonel Gtetton, Mr. Bonar Law stated that -the Krassin negotiations were still proceeding, but as the Government had concluded that the time for decision had arrived, they intimated this to Krassin, who was returning to Russia in order to submit the British Government's conditions, to the Soviet authorities and be in a position to. give a definite answer.— Router.
