One of the beat station properties that has come into the market for 9ome time is the well-known Titoki, property, situated about 12 miles from Waipawa, which Murray, Roberts arid Co., Ltd. Napier, acting under instructions from the executors in the estate of the late Mr. W. P. Archibald, will offer by public auction on Saturday, July 8, at 11 a.m., nt Everybody's Theatre, Hastings, HawkeV Bay. Tb-e property is being- offered in two blocks of 1072 and 1019 acres respectively, and with Block No. 1 there is nn additional 61 acres of C. G. leasehold. There is a 5-roomed house and cafCo yards on Block No. 1, and on Block 2 a new 8-roomed dwelling, woolshed. and all necessary outbuildings. The. Titoki Estate has for many years had a fattening record: socond to none in the Dominion. This is abundantly borno out by the fact that in one year the estnte produced 8500 fat lairibs, 800 fat bullocks, and 1000 fat ewes, besides carrying 8500 breeding ewes and 200 breeding cows, and air this without hhving to use artificial feed. ' This is a wonderful record and proves the surprising productivity of the land. Plans are now ready and may be obtained on application to the auctioneers.
