F O'Leary appeared, was remanded t9 Wednesday on a charge of making a false document by signing the name oi Victoria Harris to a certain declaration with, intent that it should be acted upon as genuine. Bail was allowed in £100. andVe surety of .£IOO or two sureties of each.. '• . , • « „ A remand to Friday was granted.in the case of William M'Miirray, ™°. wa* charged with obtaining the sum of Afrom Thomas Boffa by means of a valueless cheque. ' Mr. C. A. L.
