CHARGES MADE AGAINST MR. DANIELS. (li-ec. June 27, 5,5 p.m.) Washington, June 26. JRear-Admiral DeckcT, in a letter in the "Service Magazine," charges Mr. J. Doniels (Secretary of the Navy) with having tried to break Renr-Admirals Sims. Fullara, and Fisko because they would not permit the demoralisation and degradation of thte Navy. Mr. Daniels, in his testimony before the Senate Investigation Committee, stated that which was intentional and deliberate ■misrepresentation of the nets of (ho admirals—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
