GOVERNMENT TO DECIDE WAlt DECLARATIONS. (Ree. June 27, 5.5 p.m.) Rome, June 26. Signor Giolitti (Premier), in the Chamber of Deputies, said that Italy was resuming normal relations with tho Russian Soviet as speedily as possible, without reserve. Tho Government would assume the King's power in deciding on future declarations of war. No tieaty would be valid without the approval of the.Chamber and the Senate.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
