CLAIM FOR £2000 DAMAGES FAILS

In the Supreme .Court to-day hearing of the case Blisha Lockington v. the King, a claim for ,£2OOO damages, arising out of injuries received wlion engaged on a crane in the Eeefton railway yards in February. 1919. was concluded, the jury, after four hours retirement, finding against the suppliant. Judgment was given for defendant.
