Tho following is the text of tho postcard which is being issued by the Wellington branch of tho Women's National Council for the women, not only of this city, but all over tho Dominion, to sign, and to forward at a specified date to their representative in Parliament:—l protest against the'high prices of food produced in New Zealand nnd against the high; price of New Zealand woollen goods. I consider that the Government is able to bring about a reduction in tho price, of theso necessities. I therefore urge yon to do everything'in .your power to enforce Government action.
