Tho auarterly meeting of the Hiitt Park Committee was held last ovenine, tho ohairman (Mr. 0. P, Brocklcbank presiding;
The Kflntbourno Tioroitffh Council considering its contribution for the upkeep of the mirk—£s -too preat, forwarded Ai, which was accepted Petone's and Hutt's levies (£lO each) were received.
It was decided to send n letter to Mr, Rtrand convoying to him tho committee's thanks for his work in connection with nmh-cutting, ■
The secretary estimated that there would he a small surplus-this year, and Btatod that tho mm would be dovoted to repairIns tho buildings.
