; . Ottawa, May 27. Mr. Milward, of the Pacific, Cable Board, announces that the board is considering the duplication of tho cable from Vancouver to Norfolk Island. The cost will bo in the vicinity of fcur million pounds. It will not be possible) to. manufacture tho cable till late in 1921 — Renter.
