ADDRESS BY SIR AUCKLAND GEDDES

New York, April 29. Speaking before the Chamber of' Com. merce at its annual meeting at Atlantic City, Sir Auckland Geddcs declared that cither the United States must go to Europe with'help in a businesslike'way or Europe will come to the United States to haunt the nation. Sir Auckland Geddcs declared that the British Empire had its troubles, but they were small compared with the European troubles. He said that vast changes, amounting to a revolution, had occurred in England during the war, and that the ultimate political power in England would rest in the hands of the workers. Sir Auckland Geddes told the audience not to bolicve the reports of disagreement existing between England, France, and Italy, adding that he had attended many interAllied conferences and the reports of disagreements were fantastic—Aus.-N.Z.
