MISSION OF SPINNERS TO GO ABROAD. London, December 10. The Lancashire cotton trade proposes to suend .UO.Offll in sending n mission of winners, mnr.ul'acturers, and operatives to Egypt, India, China, and Japan, to exhaustively study the cotton markets.
