MISSION OF SPINNERS TO GO ABROAD. London, December 10. The Lancashire cotton trade proposes to suend .UO.Offll in sending n mission of winners, mnr.ul'acturers, and operatives to Egypt, India, China, and Japan, to exhaustively study the cotton markets. Tho mission will later proceed to North and South America to investigate other branches of tho industry, from cotton growing upwards.—Aus.-N.Z Cable Assn.
