SELF-DENIAL MFASUKE OF RELIEF BY GERMANY. (Rec. December 1, 8.5 p.m.) Berlin, November 27. The German National Assembly has requested the Government to reduce Germany's own ration of (lour in order to send supplies to Austria, especially to Vienna, to alleviate the famine.
