A wireless message states that Rumania, replying ing the Allies, refuses to evacuate Hungary, but is willing to protect national minorities nnd sign peace with Germany, Austria, and Dultraria. According to a Hungarian ncivspiipcr the Rumanian Government's representative is endeavouring to arrange for a union of Rumania, 'Hungary, Czechoslovakia, and the Ukraine, aimed against Jugo-Skvia.
