SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY

Mrs. .1. Bonnie provided a concert on Thursday for the. seafarers ia port. Tho large audience demanded many encores. The performers were: Mesdames Bonnie, II niton, Jljssbs Cliaddiek, "Rnbson, Marjorie Ben nip, Cconc.v, Kershaw, Thomas, Lewis, and Messrs. liennie, Bard, Corke, Holland, Harper, Honk. The Misses Cooney and Jacka were at the piano. The popular choruses were much enjoyed. as were the competitions led by Jlr. SToore, missioner. Tho prizes came from the host and hostess, and went to the Westmoreland and Arawa. Thanks are tendered for recent gifts of books for tho men.
