I Tho present system of drinking- \ fountains oil the wharf was condemned by tlio meeting, and it was decided to ask the Harbour Board to erect bubblefountains. It was decided to. meet in X store waiting-room on Suiiday to discuss remits to the national conference, which opens at Napior on Tuesday. Messrs. A. A. Agnew; E. E. Canham, W. C'urrie, and J.
