ACTION BY TRADES UNIONS' FEDERATION. (Rec, November 28, 7.20 p.m.) Cape Town, November 27. As the result of dissatisfactiori at tho exportation of foodstuffs, of which there is a shortage' locally, a special meeting of tho executive of the Federation of Trades. Unions decided to ask all affiliated unions to refuse to liandlo all foodstuffs for exportation from South African ports.—Reuter.
