The following message has been received from Poulct: "Constantinople, October 30. Wo have had a terrible voyage since leaving Paris.' Wo crossed "the Apennines amidst enow, and were caught in a tempest in Albania. Wo forged ahead amidst torrential rain at an altitude of a hundred metres (3.10 feel)."
