At the Magistrate's Court, Charlts Taylor was fined Is. and costs for a breach of the Canterbury dairymen's award in that ho em ployed a youth under sixteen years for driving a horse awl cart. Tho inspector of awards said tlie wise was brought as a warning that steps were being taken to prevent the emp'oymcnt of juveniles on milk rounds.
