The dominions' representative;, have agreed that the money will be used to pay railway and shipping fares, and buy outfits of olothiii!!. and provide maintenance until employment is found. Applicants who will be mostly persons seeking employment. must be approved by the High Commissioner or Agent-General. The scheme will operate immediately.
