Sub-Inspector Mullaney said that about a week ago the defendant had been fined -I'lO for being in charge of o horse and cart while drunk. The Magistrate (Mr. S. E. M'Carthy): It appears to Sue that you are determined to kill somebody. You aro a menace to the travelling public. You will be sentenced to one month's imprisonment.
