REARRANGEMENT OF PORTFOLIOS. Melbourne,' January 13. A rearrangement of the Cabinet, to operate until Mr. W. M. Hughes returns, provides that Senator E. J. Russell, Sssisted by Mr. Wise, is to act in the Ministry of Defence*, Mr. Massey Greene is to replace Mr. Jensen as Minister of Customs, and Mr. Foynton will continue to act as Minister of the Navy, as Mr. Orchard has retired. There are now two Ministers less than formerly.—Press Assn. '
