A minimum of 2,000,000 members from Ctreat Britain, VFraneo, Italy, and America will bo required to make the initial project successful. The idea is that everyone who. has lost a relative through the war should come together in a cominon bond of sympathy and assist to establish for -mankind a road which might in truth bo a rood of poace.
