SOME ITEMS IN ACCOUNT AGAINST GERMANY. From an official Belgian source Router's Agency recently received an account of some- .of tho items that will figure on Belgium's bill against Germany:— Local contributions and fines levied by Germany on Belgium in 19H X8,000,00D War contributions from November, 1914, to October, 1916 38,400,000 Ditto, November, 1910, to May, : 1917 .' U,000,000 Ditto, June, 1917, to 1918 ....;. Ditto; June, 1918, to October, - 1918 15,000,000 Raw materials and machinery taken by thß Germans were Teckoned by theni up to January, 1915, at 80:000,000 Damage up to December, 1914, estimated by tho ''Nord i Deutscho Allgemeine Zeitung" at 200,000,000 Making a grand total 0f... .«38i,2f10,000 The abovo does not. include materials, destruction, or requisitions since January, 1915, nnd this nlono must be reckoned at several hundred millions.. In addition, during the winter of 191G-17, 150.C00 working men were deported to Germany, the whole of whose future production is totally lost to their.country.
