TO ADVISE DOMINIONS AND INDIA ON, NAVAL MATTERS. • (Rec. December 22, 5.5 p.m.) London, December 20. The Admiralty states that the Dominion Ministers, having intimated at tho close of the Imperial War Conference that the dominions would welcome visits from .a highly-qualified representative of tho Admiralty for tho purpose of advising the Dominion authorities on naval matters, the Board of Admiralty, with the War Cabinet's approval, has deputed AcTlniral Jellicoe to visit the dominons and India early in the New Year.—Aus.-N.Z.
