Mr. [Buchanan complained of the waste of iy which had taken nlace at the late Jow in the cattle pavilion, when he had en one exhibitor distribute a whole ay load amongst his own exhibit. They iild not have eaten a quarter of the jiount put down .to them, and considerlle waste was caused. He suggested that [e association sliould discontinue the pe~ supplv of hay. There was not so iich.waste, in green feed, but even the pply of this he considered should be rtailed and exhibitors of cattle should allotted ii certain number of coupons titlinjr them to sufficient to give each final three feeds per day. • The matter is referred to the ground committee to al with.
